As your real estate professional, and in an effort to form a strong working relationship, I believe it is important to provide you with information regarding my personal and professional background.
 

My family has lived in the Gardner and western Olathe area for the past eleven years. My husband, Mark, and I have been married for 16 years and we have two children. We are active members of the community, schools and King of Kings Lutheran Church. In my leisure time I enjoy scrapbooking, baking and traveling.
 

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Emporia State University. My business experience includes five years as a Customer Service Manager for Jostens Printing and Publishing in Topeka. We chose to relocate to Gardner for Mark’s job with USD 231 schools eleven years ago. I found success at LabOne, Inc. in Lenexa and dedicated three years to Corporate Sales, where I was responsible for marketing to major insurance companies.
 

Six years ago I discovered my passion in real estate. I truly enjoy helping families sell for top dollar as well as helping buyers find the perfect home. I care as much about your home and your purchase as you do. I know that as a seller you want to maximize your earning potential and my strengths and marketing plan will help you do that. As a buyer you want to get the best deal on a home. My accuracy, negotiation strengths, and inquisitive nature will assure that you get the best deal possible on your purchase.
 

My multi-million dollar business has been established with proven systems, which allow me to serve my clients in a trusting relationship. Creative marketing and technology allows me to market my listings with a cutting edge as well as keep clients up to date on their home investment and our changing market.
I’m very proud that in the toughest real estate market, my average days on market for listings in 2010 was 65 days, 2009 was 36 days and in 2008 it was 39 days. My listings sold 98.9% to list price.
